Atlas Pizza turns 58 this year. Our first pizza joint opened in 1975, making it one of the longest-running establishments in Calgary. Today, we are still known for making the best pizza in Northeast Calgary.

Mike Theodossopoulos is the founder of Atlas Pizza. Though he has since stepped down from running the restaurant, the business is still family-owned and operated.
Chris Theodossopoulos, Mike's son, took the helm at Atlas Pizza in 1995. If you ever run into him, you will hear about how he worked his way up in the restaurant business.
Before joining his father's business, Chris worked as a dishwasher. He was promoted to back-of-house cook during his college years, which was when he also took up serving and bartending.
Our current owner's deep roots in the service industry are stamped all over Atlas today. He is the brains behind all our latest upgrades, including our revamped menu and more modern establishment.
